Primary Uniform

Smart uniform conveys a sense of pride in self, pride in learning and pride in the Academy and community that pupils are a member of.

Uniform must consist of the following with no alternatives:

EYFS Nursery

  • White Polo Shirt with logo
  • Red Sweatshirt with logo
  • Plain Navy tracksuit
  • Sensible Black Footwear (enclosed toes, no flashy light and no heals)

Boys in KS1 and KS2

  • White Shirt (preferably long sleeved)
  • Red ‘v’ neck pullover with logo
  • School Tie
  • Charcoal Grey Trousers (tailored not cargo style)
  • Charcoal Grey Shorts (Summer)
  • Plain Black shoes

Girls in KS1 and KS2

  • White Shirt (preferably long sleeved)
  • Red ‘v’ neck pullover with logo
  • School Tie
  • Charcoal Grey Trousers (tailored not cargo style)
  • Chequered Red and White Summer Dress
  • White Ankle Socks or Dark Grey Tights (opaque or woollen)
  • Knee Length Dark Grey Socks
  • Plain Black Shoes (low heel for safety)

Children in Reception

  • Children in Reception should wear the KS1 Uniform.  (Tie optional)

PE Kit

  • Red Gym Bag
  • White Polo Shirt
  • Red Shorts
  • Black Plimsolls (inside)
  • Trainers (outside)
  • Trunks/one piece swimsuit

Optional for Colder Weather

  • Plain red sweatshirt (no logos)
  • Plain tracksuit bottoms (no logos)

Jewellery

  • One pair of stud earrings only and a wrist watch (when you child can tell the time) may be worn.  These need to be removed for PE.
  • Hair should be neat and tidy.  Long hair should be tied back.  We expect moderate hair styles.  No extreme cuts eg shaven markings, skinhead.  If in any doubt please ask your child’s class teacher.
  • Hair accessories should be plain, navy blue or white to match the colours of the school.
